Invited to deliver a series of special lectures/seminar in the area of bibliometrics,
library automation, information retrieval, by the Departments of Library and Information
Science of the several universities -- Mysore University, Mysore, Poona University,
Poona, Women's Polytechnic, Bangalore, Osmania University, Hyderabad, Nagpur University,
Nagpur, and Karnataka University, Dharwad etc, Indian National Scientific Documentation
Centre (INSDOC), New Delhi. Further, I also actively participated as a Resource
Person or Course-in-charge, in several short-term courses in the area of bibliometrics,
library automation, etc. in India.
- Teaching Assistant
While studying Ph.D. at the School of Library and Information Science of the University
of Western Ontario, Canada, worked part-time in the SLIS from Sept 1976 - August
1979.
