There will be no registration fees. Limited funds will be available for supporting travel expenses for young Indian participants. We will take care of the local hospitality of all participants. However, we would deeply appreciate it if your research grant or University/Institute are able to raise your own funds towards your hotel cost (Approx. 45 USD/night) during OTOA 2018.

Due to limitations on the size of the lecture hall and funds, we have an upper bound of 90 participants. We will ONLY consider researchers working in the theme of OTOA 2018. If you are a faculty member, please directly write to OTOA (go to Contact). If you are a senior research student or a post doc fellow, please write to OTOA (go to Contact) with your CV and ask your supervisor/mentor for a letter of recommendation.

Review of applications will begin on October 2 with an application deadline of September 30, 2018.
