TQM TOOLS: Benchmarking Reasons to Benchmark, Benchmarking Process, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) House of Quality, QFD Process, Benefits, Taguchi Quality Loss Function, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Concept.
