   Question 2: please change in the definition of $f$ from 0 < x < y <2 to 0 < y < x <2. Then the answers for part(a) and part(b) should tally. The answer for part (c) should read: 1/(2-y) y \leq x \leq 2. part(d) should read mu_X = 1,mu_Y= 2/3 instead of 8/15.
7. Solution sheet given in class for Quiz 6 and Quiz 7
   In 3(a) on page V , P(T >2) = e^{-1} and NOT e^{-2}. I missed it in the previous step while calculating the integral. Hence replace e^{-2} by e^{-1} from here on till the end of the problem.
   
   There is a sqrt{2 \pi} missing in the denominator of the last line on page III
8. On the back page of W7, I forgot to mention the joint density in problem clearly in class. I have mentioned it on the web-posting. Instead of the blank there should be a 'K' there.
