Basic Components of a Computer - Arithmetic Logic Unit - Half-adder, Full-adder, Multiplier; Control Unit; Memory Unit - Static and dynamic RAM, ROM, Cache memory; Input/Output devices keyboards, monitors, printers, scanners, secondary storage elements. Operating Systems: Linux, Windows, Shell programming, Hypertext, Hypermedia, Multimedia and File Formats. User Interfaces and data visualization.
